Short plates and food stations are the perfect way to prepare and present a variety of options to your guests. Instead of offering one main dish, take multiple entree options and offer them into smaller portions for your guests to try.
Our short plates are small dishes prepared to order and served at chef attended kiosks. Your guest will have the flexibility to go and get food at any of our stations at their leisure.
