Shopping for a caterer doesn't have to be any different than shopping for a restaurant. You should be able to see the menu options and pricing estimate before contacting the caterer to see if they will be a good fit for you. At Toast Catering we pride ourselves in being easy to work with, which is why we're one of the only catering companies in San Diego not playing games and showing pricing on our website. Below is some of our Seated-Served Dinner menu options. We can customize a special plated menu that's just right for your guests, your event and of course for you!
While the exact pricing will depend upon your specific menu, location, and number of guests, we can say that at Toast Catering, a typical plated dinner catered wedding or event will have a price range of $70 to $90 per person, which includes many things other caterers will charge extra for: tables, chairs, linens, glassware, service charge, sales tax and any other expenses related to provide our services. Plus did we mention that we cook the food fresh on site! Which most caterers within our price range don't and will bring the food fully cooked to your event.
The following sit-down wedding sample menu features tray-passed hors d'oeuvres (for your cocktail hour) followed by choice of one salad, two proteins with sides and one vegetarian entree for your dinner reception.
